Stay in Valemount on the first night before travelling from the towering peaks of Mount Robson to the iconic town of Banff. Itinerary

Please note, this is a sample itinerary and is subject to change due to factors such as weather, road conditions, attraction availability and operations requirements.

Day 1: Vancouver – Valemount

• 7:00 am: Meet your guide at Canada Place and depart Vancouver by 7:15 am
• Stop in Hope for a coffee and washroom break
• Travel through the Coquihalla Corridor
• Stop for lunch (own expense) in Kamloops or nearby
• Visit Spahat’s Falls in Wells Gray Provincial Park
• Arrive at your hotel in Valemount. Free time for dinner and to enjoy the hotel’s amenities

Day 2: Valemount – Golden

• Check out and depart Valemount
• Stop for breakfast at Café Mt. Robson (included). Enjoy views of the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies (weather permitting)
• Continue the journey through the Rockies as you cross from British Columbia to Alberta
• Stop in Jasper to enjoy some free time and check out local shops
• Travel the scenic Icefields Parkway with amazing views of the Rockies, glaciers, rivers and lakes
• Stop at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre
  Optional activity: Ice Explorer
  Time to get lunch (own expense)
• Visit either Peyto Lake or Bow Lake on your way to Golden
• Check into your hotel in Golden
• Free time for dinner and to enjoy the hotel amenities

Day 3: Golden – Banff – Golden

• Depart Golden after breakfast in your hotel (included)
• Travel to the iconic Rockies town of Banff
• Enroute visit Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park
• Drive to Lake Louise
• Visit Moraine Lake (seasonal)
• Enjoy a sightseeing tour in Banff – highlights include:
  • Banff Avenue
  • Bow Falls
  • Banff Springs Hotel
• Free time to purchase food, go sightseeing, and shop on Banff Avenue
• Optional activity: Banff Gondola – enjoy a wonderful experience going up to the summit of Sulphur Mountain
• Return to Golden. Enjoy the hotel amenities and join your tour group for outdoor games and fun

Day 4: Golden – Vancouver

• Breakfast in the hotel
• Visit the Golden Skybridge (admission included!)
  Adventure awaits at Golden Skybridge, home to Canada’s highest suspension bridges. Walk 426 feet above an expansive canyon surrounded by the Columbia Valley with epic views of the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges.
• Start the journey back to Vancouver
• Stop at Craigellachie, the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway
• Stop for lunch in Kamloops (own expense)
• Washroom stop in Hope
• Return to Vancouver at approximately 8:00 pm
